My niece thinking about Maggie

Tonight I called over to Sandy and Angie's house. When we were talking Emalea asked if I had had Maggie yet. I did tell her a long time ago that I would have Maggie after her birthday(which was last Saturday). Then she said "Tell Maggie Mae that I need her to help me." I said help you do what? She said "Well Sandy is tickling me and I need her to help me." I asked if she thought Maggie could help and Sandy asked if Emalea thought that if Maggie were there to "help" that she would stop tickling Emalea and start tickling Maggie. Emalea said "Yeah and then she will laugh in Sarah's tummy."
I love the way Jael and Emalea already love their cousin and think about her. I have heard them both pray for her and it makes me cry every time. So sweet.
Next Saturday is my baby shower. It's hard to believe that it's close enough to the due date that we can have a shower. Mike's parents will be coming to spend that weekend with us so Barbara can go to the shower too and they can spend some time with us. I'm looking forward to having them here. Last weekend they came and brought the bassenet we will be using for Maggie. Mike and all of his siblings and most of his nieces and nephews have slept in it.

Childbirth class

Yesterday morning I wasn't doing so well so I stayed home from work. It was a good thing I did because later that afternoon I decided to check on Childbirth classes. The only ones left was one for an all day this Saturday, which is also when Emalea's birthday party is, and another all day saturday 6 days before Maggie's due date. Then there was the 5 week schedule that started last night. I called and we got in on that one and went to our first class. There were 17 other couples signed up for that class so it's really full. I didn't learn much new information (since I do TONS of reading), but I think Mike learned some things and I did have some questions that the nurse ansered for me. I'm looking forward to the other classes.
After we got home and in bed I was laying on my right side so my belly was resting on the bed. All of a sudden Maggie moved so much that I thought Mike had put his hand between my belly and the bed. I felt for his hand and he wasn't there. It's crazy to think how big she is getting and how her movements feel now compared to a few weeks ago!
Now for something off the point... Jael is selling girl scout cookies! If anyone would like some just let me or Angie know and we can order some for you.

Maggie

This profile is the best we have had. She normally smooshes her face into me when we are trying to get a picture of her.

Here she shows how she can touch her toes to her nose. I really need to remember to enroll her in gymnastics while she is young.

It's crazy how technology works. This picture is so adorable. I love those cheeks.
I have been to the Dr. a couple of time since then and she says everything is going well. Maggie's measurements are all good and her heart beat is great. I look forward to having her in my arms. We still have about 2 months left (depending on when she decides to come).
